Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation GLACIQ INDIA believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
Perishable Items Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement may be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 2 Days of receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant. If the product does not match expectations or site description, notify Customer Service within 2 Days for resolution.
Manufacturer Warranty For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please directly contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Refund Processing Once a refund is approved by GLACIQ INDIA, it may take 6–8 Days for the refund amount to be processed and credited to the customer.
